My name is Jay and you posted me a message earlier...I had my surgery on the same sized tumor at the University of Minnesota Hospital one week ago today. Post surgery every thing was fine and a day after surgery my right side of my face became a little weak. Not total paralysis just doesn't move as well as it used to. But on the bright side I feel INCREDIBLE, no headaches the wound doesn't even hurt anymore. The only other side effect is a little dizziness when I first get up.(I THINK I WAS A LITTLE DIZZY BEFOR THE SURGERY)  The main thing to remember it's not a death sentence and it's going to be O.K. If you decide to have surgery make sure you pick a team with plenty of experience. My surgeons have done more than a thousand...If you have any other questions feel free....I check in each day!good luck Jay
